at the small hill: maybe u juz need get a higher watt signal repeater + weather shield casing (to protect the repeater) + a high gain parabolic outdoor antenna either gsm or other frequencies to get far enough signal.

then may buy splitter to carry several coaxial cable connecting to broadcasting omni antenna or patch antenna.

then it juz like quite similiarly to a 'base station', hehe. one pillar hold parabolic antenna + repeater + splitter + several broadcasting omni/patch antenna.

if got budget, can help try source all these gadgets.

DIY cost effective

if for company use, then source your local provider there, of course the cost no cheap when it come to "company type quotation"
