Quite Near Connaught. Sibeh huge supply.... Condo beside already got manyak for rent. Eko Cheras many units soon flood the market here... Now in surge lagi more supply.... jialat.

Shopping centre again?!.... Cheras Sentral already half mati. Got old Leisure mall. Soon Eko, Atria new mall joining the battle. Viva IKEA mytown velo also not far just few station away.... Si lor...... Now market macam apa pun over supply.
