Hey hey, don't be ashamed, slow progress is progress in and of itself. As long as you keep getting better than you were yesterday, that is reason enough to be proud man. Keep logging your training, it's always good to be able to look back where you've been every time you move on forward. Those are great goals you have there, I'm sure you could do it in a year; in fact I'm aiming for the same exact goals for next year, let's see who gets there first.
