Hi, I'm planning to get a really cheap data plan (slow is ok, as long as got stable connectivity).

My phone somehow cannot access online matchmaking via data, can only access via wifi, and I have a dongle lying around so I'm planning to use it as a wifi source.

The online matchmaking doesn't use much quota, just 100kb per run or so, which implies that I don't have to spend on hefty quotas, just minimal quotas will do.

From where I live (Penang), I don't think connectivity is an issue, but just worried that the telco service doesn't have stable connectivity.

Any recommendations?
