RM60 is expensive for yearly validity if you only want to keep the number.

I think you better confirm if “Hotlink #Hashtag” is the same as “#Hotlink”? Because “#Hotlink” doesn’t have 365 validity. Another note is that basic internet is usually not enough for surfing. Slow to load webpages and can’t fb.

Why not go for oneXOX?

28 months validity when MNP with minimum top up of RM50 within 30 days. Subsequent yearly validity RM25.

I suppose this works if you only want to keep the number and not use it.

oneXOX works for my usage. Prepaid for 10GB+2GB(happy hour offer) @ RM50 and subscribed to 500mb/month Season Pass has lasted me 2 years. bebas doesn’t have this kind of data option.

1. You need to make outgoing usage/reload/purchase to maintain active every 90 days
2. Their 365 validity requires you to buy it for RM28 AND a RM30 top up within the first 6 months to be valid, otherwise you only get 6 months validity instead. https://www.altel.my/personal/support/faq/ That means need to top up RM58 yearly.
3. I have XOX as a 2nd sim which I'm only using for data. Main sim is also on a yearly validity (hotlink bagus, no data), secondary phone. I just extended 1 year validity for RM25 + bought season pass 10GB data which lasts 20months @ 500mb/month. I didn't want to reapply because the number easy to remember and just need to maintain it once a year.

Option 1 (every 90 days) & Option 3 (yearly) seems to be your cheapest option around for your usage. No others that are better/cheaper currently if you only want validity.

Just launched this month. Digi prepaid abadi is interesting. RM28 to buy the sim + RM8 subsequent yearly Sayang Digi bad coverage for my area, I tried 2 years ago.

Hotlink *365# is not exactly a prepaid you can get off the bat. Need to change from current unlimited Hotlink sim pack to #hotlink (from what others have said, I don't have it) and more expensive from Option 1 & 3.
