Ordered a rice cooker but delivered a dish dispenser... Getting disappointed with all these resellers...

Method 1: Thru online.
1) Login to your Lazada account via desktop.
2) Look for "My Orders" menu.
3) Based on ur Order #, goto Return/refund link.

Method 2: Call their hotline.
1) Call 03-8601 1888
2) Press "3".
3) State ur Order # & issues concern.
4) Operator will email PDF form for return/refund purposes.

For both methods, the print out form must be accompanied by original Lazada invoice. Your items (including free gifts), Invoice and Return Form must be shipped to Lazada Ecart centre. You can shipped either byhand, or PosLaju or their collection centres (http://www.mbe.com.my/locator.html). Return cost will be beared by Lazada.

Within 48 hours upon their knowledge receiving ur returned items, an email will notified that either ur order will be replaced/refund based on ur request.

Folks, i'm sharing how extremely disappointed and angry i am with my customer experience purchasing online from Lazada.

This is will be the last time i'll ever purchase anything from them after this incident by which they mishandled my order resulting in me receiving a pair of earrings (an absolute joke) invoiced to a different person's name valued at RM58 instead of the Nexus 6P itself just this morning at 8:20am.

Call it a bad stroke of luck but in reality, this will reflect badly on Huawei itself - no longer will i be purchasing any of their products thanks to this failure on their part to work with a credible online reseller such as Lazada.

To top it off, i have also contacted personal friends of credible tech blogs such as soyacincau, vernonchan and theskop to pick up my story to prove a point - you can be a big brand (Huawei) partnering up with Google but if you can't even get your supply chain and trade to execute/sell your product "well enough", you're only as good as any sub-standard 5x5 coffee shop in Laos at the road side in marketing your products.

As for the Nexus brand itself, this could be a real dent/chip in terms of my overall sentiment towards it.
