from what u guys talk about ninjavan , i can see the courier are not reliable
but somehow yesterday my gf buy from zalora. zalora also using ninjavan and i told her about the stories you guys shared here, but,,
my gf item arrived today. not even 1day from payment and item aldy arrived.

seems like ninjavan service not consistent
