Full refund can be initiated as long as thing is returned without damage, or request for changing to new unit.
I know the delivery, product warranty, product quality are still mix bag, still having many problem faced by consumer, and it hurts people trusts.
I hope that their service can improve from time to time, and inviting more people involved in online shopping.
