Write an email to their cs department to ask for refund. G5 will never refund you unless you yourself ask for it. If you don't ask for refund, they will anggap you tak mau the money and pretend nothing happened. They give me an impression that they do everything manually, no automatic system. And after you write the email, then go to their facebook pm them, tell them your order number and your email and they will inform their cs department to check the email you sent. Otherwise their cs team will drag for days before replying you. G5 facebook team is different from their cs team, the former is good in service, the latter is the worst in the world. After you've done all this, pray. You will most probably get back your money, albeit it will take time between 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on your luck. I hope their system improved already in the past three months. I really do. Lol.

what did you order? vacuum?

most probably because same credit card details...name, card number, billing address etc
next time, use different bank, therefore different card number, better still if have different billing address like office, parents house etc
with the rate that u are going with regards to buying smartphones, u may need 7,8 different credit cards, all with different billing addresses
