QUOTE(wejazzitup @ Jun 24 2020, 08:50 PM) Exactly my dilemma as well (and I haven't been able to make up my mind yet). What i found (pros for each below): Hi, Strathclyde: - MBA program higher ranked, but University itself is not as prestigious as Nottingham. - Triple crown accreditation (vs double crown for Nottingham) Nottingham: - More prestigious a University - Cost is slightly cheaper than Strathclyde. - It has a proper University campus (compared to Strathclyde which is operated by a private company occupying an office block in PJ) Other notes (pros/cons are depending on individual preference): - Nottingham part time classes are on weekdays in the evening. Strathclyde is over the weekends. - Nottingham allows for specializations (compared with Strathclyde which is only General MBA) Any forumers with other inputs? Thank you for the detailed input. i've decided to proceed with Strathclyde as its business school and MBA are ranked higher than Nottingham, though Nottingham University as a whole ranked way higher. Moreover, classes over the weekend is more day job friendly as compared to weekday classes I hope i've made the best decision and wont regret it later... Hopefully, you'll be able to make up your mind soon. Good luck. This post has been edited by vinoth: Jun 24 2020, 11:55 PM |
