Hi people, I would like to ask what's the criteria doing MBA? I'm an undergraduate right now & what should I be prepared for MBA? Is it possible that once I graduate & straight away pursue my MBA without needing the working experience? What are the skills that I need to equip with during my undergraduate life? Please advice.
P/s: I'm sorry if the same question have been posted up.

Hi all, I hope I'm posting at the right MBA section in LYN forum.
Finally, my long awaited 2 years working experience would be finally reached in the coming months. I was so eager to study MBA after my bachelor degree.
Reasons:- 1. I did not do too well in my bachelor degree. 2. I was looking forward to be a student without thinking the importance of the working experience. 3. I was naive enough to think if I am able to get a MBA would definitely helps in negotiating for a better position at work & of course better perks.
Along these 2 years of working & socializing, I realized: It is not the matter of possessing a MBA in your academic qualification, but it is more of like the working experience that you had plus the additional knowledge during your MBA journey that will strengthen what you have already know & have extra insights in the business perspective.
Plus, it is not the pointer that you able to get in MBA that made you outshine the rest of the MBA holders. Personally, I think is what got you qualify to enter the business school to study MBA & your past working experience with your consistent achievements & milestones that you have accumulated that made you get into certain business school worth more than any other things. Of course, the networking during the MBA course with other executives or working professionals that from various industry & professionalism would be a plus point in your social circle in today's boundary-less world.
What I'm trying to stress here is rather to focus on getting a MBA, we must first get ourself prepared by:- 1. Practical working experience & achievements 2. Communication skills & people-skills 3. Good language power & fast-learner 4. The correct attitude & personality 5. Sufficient funds for your living & tuition fees
Then, your MBA journey would be less bumpers ahead & put you into a much more success position.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong & please do not hesitate to view out your comments. I welcome both positive & negative comments.
Cheers
