Hi Maxis,
I also getting the same issues which keep pop out EasyAccess layout and I was using Xiaomi 3 model. Hope can help me maxis. Tq Attached thumbnail(s)

Might be device or SIM issue. Had that problem but solved when my SIM was changed. Problem is I also changed my phone, so not sure which solved it.
