I recently resubscribed to Maxis and couldn't create a Maxis Pay account for my current number as my NRIC was already used for another account which is associated with an already terminated Maxis number and deleted email account.

Is it possible to terminate the said Maxis Pay account so that I can create a new one using my NRIC?

Each registration in either Maxis Online Account or Maxis Pay, it will follows the NRIC of account owner. Based on your scenario, you should able to edit the details from existing Maxis Pay account to your new Maxis account.

Hi,

The problem is I can't edit any details in the existing Maxis Pay account as it requires either TAC or email as verification. As mentioned, I no longer have access to the Maxis number and email account associated with the account as both of them were already terminated. The Maxis Pay account has been left inactive for a few years.

Hence I was hoping to have my existing account deleted so that I can reuse my NRIC to create a new one.
