why bankrupt?
assume he took 100% loan 198k. outstanding principle amount 195k maybe now, his house sold at 292k.
minus all related cost maybe about 10k?
balance is 80+k
bank only want take make the owed money that's all.

as far as i am concerned, if you die die want to sell, can apply and get approval from DBKL with no profit gains.

If you're willing to take the risk of being foreclosure and confident you'd make 100k extra (gross) like this case.
