CIMBClicks can do, but need to
1) link credit card to existing CIMB savings account, also can be done on CIMBClicks
2) The link will not show up at this point yet, wait 3 working days for processing
3) after 3 days, the credit card will show up in your CIMBClicks account, now you can change it's pin

if you are unsure of any of the steps, you can call the Customer Service number at the back of the card, I have them walk me through the steps.

yeah, when you go to both VISA and MASTERCARD website. they will tell you that payWave and payPass is compatible with each other, so any terminal that accepts payWave can accept payPass too.
