I booked a room through Agoda for RM174.38 but a few days later I have to cancel it because I have found a better option. That transaction has been charged into my account.
Charged in account : 175.78 (with cross border fee) Refunded in account : 174.38 The refund amount should be 175.78 right? |

I notice that there is no cross border fee for a voucher purchased through Groupon app. But, I am not sure and couldn't confirm if the purchase is considered as E-Com. Will know about that in the next statement.

Does Sam's Groceria Strait Quay accept cc for bill payments? And if I use CIMB cc, could I get the free RM10 voucher for every RM100 spent?
