pay bills eg IWK, Cukai Taksiran etc at POSonline using credit card, got fee charges?

i read FAQ there,
ok found it says free.

but when i register for bil tuntutan cukai harta MPPG.

Account Number - i keyed in Lot number ie " R PTD 135991", it can register. done

when wanna pay it,it again asked for account number, again i keyed the Lot No.
put in bill number, and amount..
then click "add bill to folder",

then it showed error,
Invalid:input tax based document.

how to pay ah??
