Just received a call from cimb officer for my application via cimbclick that got rejected for cimb cr.

She told me its not rejected, but canceled due to late upload document, but, i actually waiting for the system to upload, then suddenly the application rejected.

Applied again with her, with rm50 cashback. a few minutes later received email application rejected.so fast.

called them whats wrong with my application, cs told me not meet the score.ask him whats the score, cant tell..

Straight away send email to bnm with template given earlier from other thread.

maybe...ask him how to pass the score, what is the requirement...

he keep on pusing2 dont know how to explain.

any ideas how they check this score thingy?

last time i check my ccris is with mbf...overpay to them..

they owe me, other than that, no more.

appeal via bnm for the above> still d same, cimb business unit still dont want give card
apply via branch > in 2 weeks got the cards already

how to make complain so that i can get that rm50??

and, ahow long normally for the card to shown on cimbclicks after activation???is it instantly or need to wait 8 days as per pop up shown after linking??
