QUOTE(mamamia @ Dec 23 2015, 10:03 AM) Is it true & shud be only 0.2% I made 2 trnxs. Using cimb-petronas cc 1 trnx at peronas (petrol) & 1 trnx as said earlier. But I confused coz only rcvd 2% for petrol. Kinda weird.. This post has been edited by are89: Dec 23 2015, 10:16 AM |

My transaction for DEC 2015 paid using Cimb CR CC:
Ordered Domino's online & received 5% CR. Bought some boxes of tea & other stuff at Cameron Valley(Ringlet) & received 0.2% CR. |

QUOTE(David83 @ Dec 30 2015, 09:49 AM) I thought domino's fall under dining category (other retail) which only earn 0.2% CR & buying tea fall under groceries which is 2% CR but seems like it is under other retail. This post has been edited by are89: Dec 30 2015, 10:00 AM |

QUOTE(David83 @ Dec 30 2015, 10:13 AM) My guess is because of the Domino online website or payment processor is tagged as e-commerce which makes the transaction falls under online category. Yes u're right for e-commerce online payment On the other hand, if your tea is bought at those marts or convenience stores, it could be fall under groceries category. Otherwise, it may just fall under dining or other category. This post has been edited by are89: Dec 30 2015, 10:29 AM |

Today I logged in into cimbclicks to see updated of my c/c transactions. I cannot see cash back credited into my online transx..
If not mistaken, it is usually credited every 29th right?? This post has been edited by are89: Jan 29 2016, 09:43 AM |

QUOTE(fruitie @ Feb 1 2016, 12:44 PM) Huh? Supp card must be different person. If you want online transactions and they are >RM 50 per transaction, you can also apply UOB VOX. Pure RM 50 cash back for online transactions. Hihi.. just asking.. Thanks for suggestion.. will check on UOB VOX now..CIMB CR is a good card too but too many restrictions and only RM 30 cash back. I chucked all my Grab Car, Uber and bus tickets in this card. |

Paid my TNB via posonline today b'coz of 5% CB..
They charge 2% (convenient fee) + 6% gst = 2.12% Example : TNB bill - RM 200 they charge : 200(2.12%)=4.24 CR : (200+4.24)(5%)=10.21 So, after deduction : 10.21 - 4.24 = 5.97 |

QUOTE(hitch80 @ Feb 2 2016, 09:16 AM) the additional RM0.21 CB due to the RM4.24 charges, otherwise if without any charges you will be getting RM10 CB for 5% of RM200 Yes, u're exactly right. PosOnline is the only way to get cashback for TNB bills at the moment.but bottom line, we are getting lesser cashback due to the charges, and the CB earned from the charges is not much!
