Hi all,

I have been facing some issue with using cimb cc for online transactions whereby the online transaction send the secure code to my phone but the website itself is hanged at the processing page. I didn't even have the chance to enter the secure code. I encountered this issue many times. May i know if this is a common issue faced by other users? Has anyone face this issue before?

Hi all,

Thanks for all the helpful replies. I think the reason is like what you guys mentioned about internet connection issue as I was using my mobile phone data as hotspot while doing the transaction on my laptop.. I actually called CIMB helpline before posting here to check if they blocked my online transaction or something and they mentioned that there is nothing wrong with my card and if i continue to have this issue, they need to issue a new card for me rclxub.gif Guess it is connection issue and not the card issue..thanks all.. smile.gif
