oh still floating. Then wait for the actual/final amount to be posted first. If everything is okay, the amount will be the correct one. If the wrong amount is posted, file a dispute.CODE
Not using CIMB Credit card but their Kwik card.
I bought something few weeks ago (foreign currency) and RM86.27 was deducted from my account.
Yesterday the transaction was updated, it was RM87.46 including charges and tax, so RM87.46 is the true value that should be deducted from my account. However, it seems that on my account balance I was charged RM173.73 (86.27+87.46) instead.
Anyone know what's happening? Will I get my money back?
Sent an email to them 2 days ago but no reply. Will give them a call soon if not settled soon.
