My original post

CODE
Not using CIMB Credit card but their Kwik card.

I bought something few weeks ago (foreign currency) and RM86.27 was deducted from my account.
Yesterday the transaction was updated, it was RM87.46 including charges and tax, so RM87.46 is the true value that should be deducted from my account. However, it seems that on my account balance I was charged RM173.73 (86.27+87.46) instead.

Anyone know what's happening? Will I get my money back?
Sent an email to them 2 days ago but no reply. Will give them a call soon if not settled soon.

Called them today, and the customer service said something about the money is still floating in my Kwik Account? And asked me to ask taobao to refund the money. The thing is, after that I contacted taobao, and they confirmed that my account was only charged once and not twice, so no money will be refunded. What do I do now guys  rclxub.gif

oh still floating. Then wait for the actual/final amount to be posted first. If everything is okay, the amount will be the correct one. If the wrong amount is posted, file a dispute.

Not really. Other banks seems to receive the transaction notification, except CIMB Bank. I do notified them but so far no action had been taken.

I confirm that you can set your SMS trigger amount to RM1.

Hi all, I had called CIMB Card Centre and the feedback they provided to me is if the CC is presented on the spot, there is no SMS being sent to our HP. However, only online transaction that did not presented the CC will receive the SMS. Wow!!!!! Save cost to the max.

Send an email to CIMB said you want to set your limit. If they said cannot in their reply, forward that email to BNM. As simple as that.
