Is there anyway to expedite the linking of my credit card to my CIMB Clicks account? It's been a week and it's still not linked yet.

Customer Service is not being helpful at all, the answer they gave me is "nothing we can do, just wait" or "create a new CIMB Clicks account for your credit card"

I find it ridiculous that they can approve and send the card to me within a week but takes them so long just to do the linking 

Not sure. Rightfully, the Gold CR should be removed as no longer exists. I applied my CR Plat that time still had 60k p.a., now no more what, everyone will get Plat.
Just apply and be grateful you actually have a free gift not like some of us who didn't get anything.

i dont have cimb accounts, so when i apply cimb cr i will get lazada rm50 voucher when sign up cimb clicks?

If got rejected need to wait another 6 month.
I will wait for 2 more months, since my new salary package payslip will come in end of Mar, so I plan to apply it using new salary payslip for this CIMB CR

Mine was courier and sent to my hometown address again which we hardly go back. How I wish it was a normal post, at least my sister can go back and pick up for me. Anyway, I made complaint and reroute back to my office address.

Same thing happened to me a few times. then I decided to update my IC address. Once that's done, it's delivering to me alright.
However, confusion is still there between sending to office or home.

The thing is the place I stay here is not my own house. I still prefer office address.
