so far i've used it 3 times in the past few months for foreign transaction... posted it in the credit card foreign exchange rate thread.

CIMB consistently charging 2% above mastercard rate. i don't know if it's good or bad...? maybe ladies and gentlemen can share the detail breakdown for further comparison.
