I tried to link my CC to my cimbclicks since Mar 17 and it says will take 3 working days to process. Until now it's still not linked. Called up the customer service and he says the linkage will complete only by next monday Mar 28. What a system

Vomit blood with this cimb card center. Last time suka suka told me that my credit card linkage would be completed by Mar 28, till now nothing happen. Called them again then pass me around to 3 different departments. Finally a lady told me need to prompt to another department for the linkage to speed up the process and will take another 2 days.

Before getting any card benefits i already wasted my money calling from overseas 3 times to make a simple linkage. Pui !!!

cimb did charge a 0.8% cross border fee. it depends on merchant (or payment gateway location of the merchant). so this one should be tracked under cross border fee thread.

Finally my card is linked to cimbclicks. Just FYI for those who try to link their card it may take up to 3 weeks like in my case. Of coz some ppl may be able to link it much faster.

Oh no, I tried applying online using my cimb savings account and here's the reply from them "Thank you for your interest in applying for a CIMB Bank Credit Card. We regret to inform that we are unable to accommodate your application at the moment. You may still enjoy a range of CIMB Bank Credit privileges by signing up for a Kwik Account."

I'm not sure if I still can apply it by walking to any of CIMB branches.. as my annual income do meet the requirements so I'm not sure I got rejected.
