did anyone got financial charge on their card because paying the amount after cash rebate deducted?

I normally clear my balance to Zero after cash rebate at month end but still getting charged every month.

Message from CIMB:
Good Day!

Thank you for your secure message.

Please be informed that we have waived the finance charges. The reversal will be posted on the next statement. We suggest that you do not deduct the cash rebate on your own before making payment. Kindly make the payment as per statement balance.

Thank you for banking with CIMB Bank.

Yes, CIMB charges for that. So do not deduct your cash back when you make payment. Just pay the statement balance as per your statement.

Dont worry..your statement due date which is today for the transactions you swipe from around 29th March to 28 April. For May transactions you will only need to pay on next statement.
