Hi all, seems like CIMB Bank having some problem on the credit card. Unable to make transaction, payment and etc.

For me we should not be assuming bro (or sis) anyway. Online it doesn't matter (except in k I guess).

Oh, and maybank informed me freshcart is under Online MCCC, plan to try with CIMB CR.

yes I called CS in the morning. They said they are having some technical problem. I called because I received about 4 sms on one same transaction... just want to confirm with them is it charged 4 times instead of one?
They asked me to call back this evening so they can check.

first step is to put in bonuslink. after that is cc. then followed by the amount you want to pump. but this is not preset for amount to be charged, this is preset for amount to be filled. once you put in your cc, rm200-rm250 will be preauthorised already.

unless they use system similar to petron whereby you can preset the amount to be charged first before put in cc. i know some stations although same brand but using different system, so the shell your sis went might be using petron type of system. i saw some caltex using shell system, some bhp using petronas system, and some petronas using shell system. lol...

I had called them numerous times but yet to hear some good news from CIMB bank. Now the pre-authorization amount still floating since last Sunday. Not sure when the floating amount can fully reverse back to my account. Sigh!!!

Yes. The transaction had been posted since Monday. But the floating amount (RM200) still yet to reverse back to my account. This is really terrible!!!

Erm, are you going to use that RM 200? It will be reversed back eventually la. Not like the floating amount is posted on your bill, you won't be asked to pay for it.
