Can I know if I register autobilling via celcom website for my celcom postpaid, the OCBC titanium % will be 1% or 0.1% ar? Anyone knows??

Want to ask if I received 2 new credit cards ( world premiere citibank visa signature & airasia citibank visa card ) , will they autocharge anual fees immediately once I activate the cards? And is it only after swipe any amount 3 times within 90 days only they return back the anual fees charged of each card?
