Is the quantum card worth to get? petrol included into the 5%?

Managed to call PBB CS just now during lunch break. Was told u can request split statement / limit but for Principal and Supplementary will still sharing same CB cap. 

then i asked about PBB VS can but she didn't answer probably just keep on repeating that for Quantum even split statement also consider one account

yalah im thinking to deposit my cash which is supposed to pay my outstanding but offsetted by cb into a dedicated account. So at least i can see where all my 'saved' money is but so much work to do. hehe

Any alternative way to apply for one?
