Just write there :

The price shown on receipt differs with CC slip.

Note the time date stamp on both items.

Now with GST, they won't dare to adjust the tax invoice to make up for the 2% they charge you.

If they do, they'll be in a bigger trouble with Customs for GST.

Anyways, they credit back the amount as per the official tax invoice for my case.
I think bank absorb 1st, then fine the merchant?

I heard if more than 3-5 complaints, will revoke the terminal.

I feel like purposely go there 10 times and swipe CC each time to ensure they get fined every single time tongue.gif

i will follow your step next time.. too many unethical merchants we need to get rid off

Just submitted my application at ICBC KL today. Was told the it takes about a month for the card to reach the applicant from the day of application because the card will be send all the way from Hong Kong.

The credit card application form given to me was a full color printed on glossy paper, kinda like those newly launched house development catalog blink.gif

Straight rejected I guess but it's OK la. Not important for me.
Next time I go China, wanna open one bank account there, easy for my Alipay reload.
Nowadays all my transactions are paid by my China friends. Very paiseh. laugh.gif

Since I already have one ICBC UnionPay Debit Card, I think I can live without the credit card.

I calculated online, i think mine is 50.08% DSR. I applied for two cc, all rejected. My first cc anyway.

Yup, did that. I applied Maybank and CIMB. I don't understand why kena reject. Annual income according to payslip is >RM50k, but part time allowances around RM15k per annum not in the payslip. 50.08% DSR according to online calculator. Any experts here can clarify?

Hi All, First time here.

Using UOB One CC. Used for 2 years. Now into 3rd year. First 2 years was waived freely.

In my unbilled statement, shown annual fee charged at total 178.XX.

I called and said request for waive or i will consider terminate. She say she check with finance and return to me tomorrow.

QUestion:

Can I don't pay the annual fee if they do not waive it and I terminate?

Yes, provided you did not use your card during after AF is charged.
