Hi,

I subscribed free Spotify Premium last month through a RM30 monthly mobile internet.

In the *100# options I couldn't find a place to activate auto-renewal, all i could find is "Batal pembaharuan-auto"
I assumed that my monthly internet will auto renew as I could only cancel it.

Therefore I topped up RM31.80 yesterday (Internet Expires 11/12)
And I was shocked that I got charged RM9.99 for Spotify Premium subscription.

Why does my mobile internet not auto-renew?
At the same time I cannot find any option to do it?
