The button's color seems a litle weird, is it normally like that?

A and B button, the color seem like getting out of the letter, like small new 3ds, is it always like that or because of the lighting it became like that?

You could buy this console from Impulse, i recommend it, just bought it last month from them.
About accessories, if money is not your problem, you could order from PlayAsia, take Hori Screen Protector (USA) and Hori Hard Case
And lastly about game, it actually depend on you lol, Nintendo got some big title from your childhood and that is :
1. Pokemon
2. Zelda
3. Mario
Actually there some more but let me just mention this three.

As for me, i grew up with Pokemon and RPG based game so i recommend you get these games if you're the same like me :
1. Pokemon Z ( i said this title because it should be release this year so i think you should wait)
2. Resident Evil Revelation
3. Super Smash Bros
4. Monster Hunter X (not release yet for US/CA)
5. Fire Emblem : Awakening and Conquest (Conquest not release yet)
