0.5ohm is not that low by today's standard imo  hmm.gif

low resistance are prone to current hike,.. high resistance wud burn on high current, hence good for safety measure..
ain't higher resistance give higher heat ??..
*
opposite, bro... higher resistance lower hear... lower resistance higher heat... so, somewhere near 0.5ohm is consider safe for regulated mod.. I coil around 0.4-0.6 all the time... just nice...

btw... how can u vape at 6watt? my side, minimum 15watt... maximum 30watt... 6watt not going to get u the flavour real taste for sure...

Last time I fired at 6w was on 2.2 ohm protank2, vamo mod. Those days are gone hehe

Need to know what device he's using.. Could b one with no step down. Or maybe 6w is still nice to some
*
bro.. your so called "last time" must be at least 1 or 2 years ago... laugh.gif laugh.gif

6w if nice... the only reason is because the users haven't try anything higher... I started with 8w myself... ever since subohm generation, there's no way back to anything below 15watt...15watt also only for those very harsh liquids... most of the time, 20watt is the optimum one...

no... tarak resistance mana ada heat ??... thats basic of electricity..

my mod max 50 watt.. min 6 watt,.. mech mode on 1.2ohm only 8-10 watt..
at 15 watt the juice taste funny liao,.. 20 watt got burned cotton carbon smell liao...
*
bro.. the higher wattage achievable thanks to low resistance... for example, using 1.2ohm, u need around 4.5v to fire 20watt... but, if u are using 0.5ohm, it's only around 3.5V to achieve the same 20watt... if 20 watt burned out cotton with carbon smell.. those with 30-50 watt meletup already... anyway, I am talking from the perspective of regulated mod... not mech mod...

high wattage form formaldehyde,.. bro

my mod is an ancient X-pro M65,...or maybe it's a cap palang one..
*
bro.. formaldehyde is not something confirm... even if it's confirm, two points... 1st, u shld fire above 5V in order to get that... 5V is equivalent to 40watt on my side... 2ndly, cigaratte has higher (roughly 100x) formaldehyde compares to vaping.. so, is formaldehyde a concern? hmm.gif hmm.gif hmm.gif

maybe u guys been using thicker coil,.. i'm using thin coil,.. i don't really fancy high wattage vaping,.. it's drain battery,..i only charge my mod few days once,..
*
get a higher battery, bro.. for example... my eleaf istick 50watt ... with 10ml each day, my battery can last 4 days... again, it's about resistance... with lower resistance, u do not need to fire high in order to get high wattage... low ohm can easily fire lower voltage for higher wattage.. that's the theory...

Formaldehyde is a known degradation product of propylene glycol that reacts with propylene glycol and glycerol during vaporization to produce hemiacetals. -

See more at: http://blog.mtbakervapor.com/the-truth-beh...h.4ti0zua5.dpuf

In order to achieve the voltage necessary to reach the levels of formaldehyde discovered in this study, you would have to overheat your atomizer, burn your coils, and then vape that repeatedly to be exposed.

it's the taste that i'm concern,..
*
if taste is the issue...u need higher wattage to get out the best taste... that's why we have mod supporting 100-200 watt these days.. nod.gif nod.gif

Depends on the tank. Tanks with more airflow may need to be fired at higher watts. I normally fire at 30W or more. At 20W I get no flavor.
*
exactly... I tend to use smaller air flow if I fire at 20watt... otherwise, no "kick"...

try 1.2ohm at 25W,.. see wud burn cotton or not..

anyway,.. different people different preference..
*
bro.. the facts that regulated mods nowadays support up to 200 watt tells the whole story... higher wattage definitely brings out better flavour.. so, stick to your low wattage if u think it's good enough...well, for most of us, higher wattage is our best choice... battery wise, 4 days we can sustain... liquid consumption wise, I opt for better flavour... so, there's no way for us to turn back to lower wattage... that's the point... no point arguing... icon_rolleyes.gif icon_rolleyes.gif

Disassemble everything, drain the tank and store the batt in a safe place, preferably in a plastic battery case. Need to hand carry everything vape related but so far no issues, yet.
*
bro. what about those built in battery like eleaf istick? can bring? icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

frankly, apart from not needed to deal with coil.. the process to dissemble and assemble the stuff looks troublesome.. hmm.gif hmm.gif
in fact, adding the coil with our current cotton setup looks easier... haha... maybe, we used to it too much
