How does rulo + rh mini black gold (ori) + 3 vtc5 = 450 sounds like? Expensive?

Do all 18650 batt has same volt draining percentage or is there any particular batt i should look at to prolong/slowing the batt volt drop? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « I got few kotak rokok casing so i just DIY another mod with single batt to test around. Only manage to try with samsung icr (pink) and lg he4 (yellow) for now. Coil set with 28g SS 0.86ohm, voltage drop when firing between 0.16v-0.20v. It took between 5-6 hours for each batt volt to drop from 4.19v to 3.75v.  |

Twice , both times showed as electronic cigarette parts as description - can't recall HS code though. I did post it before in one of the previous threads, don't think I kept the paperwork anymore |
