Thats good to hear.. But BSC seems higher price 800k... If compared to setia ecohill 2, which better location???

Maybe they shud build a smaller unit, say 22x75.. Then price cut 200k.. Sure easier a bit to sell...

So far away yet so pricey still? I see google, is near puncak alam ady..

I checked its floor plan, is big land size but built up is kinda small for that land size... Even a smaller land say 20x70 in eco majestic also can easily get that built up or even bigger... 900k is a nono to me for that size.. 650k-700k maybe can still consider for that built up and land size at that area... Maybe 5 yrs later??

That price can buy Orchid Hill in Cheras ady, 3 storey freehold and much nearer to KL...

Can la, based on ur earlier argument, 20km distance vs 40km is about the same for KV area... 20km, highway 10mins only
