They won't say anything to you anywya, they will just reply you they will fix the issue. This is pretty standard no developer on contractor will admit their fault.

u need on the power let it boil for 5 mins than u can use it.

not much direct advantage for BSC actually by using DASH... the route towards DASH exit from BSC will still as jam as ever during peak hours... best way is still exit to LATAR then to NSE then to wherever location u want....

its far... but smooth... only jam when u are nearby your office... in the cities... near... but god damn jam... so its your choice bro....

the water filled from your tangki, that why always available, but you need let it boil for a while only you get warm water. usually i will off the swtich when not in used, else your heater will keep boiling when it turn cold, than you will get shocked bill, i always maintain RM70-80 on my electric usage per month.
anyway you got 2 water heater supply by the developer, master room got 1, another 2 rooms sharing, so not an issue, for 3 person to bath at the same time.
i got neighbour remove the 2 heaters also, and replace but the normal instant heater which they believe More reliable as no need to boil.
