RE FnG, Hibiscus 1 have the fencing and guard. For Hibiscus 2 I'm not sure, because Hibiscus 1 is fence up together with others project in precinct 1. For H2, looks like it will stand alone, so it depends on residences (RA) wanna do or not.

I called KLK office. They said the vp ia only in April. The earliest is March.
