if i'm not mistaken, it's networking infra similar like Unifi..ftth ( fiber to the home ) ..we might be paying to KLK for this but not sure how is the deal
between developer and service provider..i can be wrong ..please correct me if i do so

i dont think so unless you plan to subscribe to the service provider i.e Unifi ..the amount you pay monthly could be less or more
depending on the deal between them...

Leave BSC by 6.15 ~ 6.25am you will reach Sea Park 7.00 ~ 7.10am

estimate not in peak time you need 1 hour ~ 1.15

well... when the occupancy rate are high... rest assure... AEON will consider coming in.... BSC, SU, PA combined you can consider how crazy population there will be if the occupancy are at 70% above... elmina would be too far from us... they would be suited to travel to subang for their daily needs than us...
