Is that true that the water booster that the developer gave is not just for the water heater purpose but to control the house overall water supply?

If that is true, shall the water booster be on all the time?

If need to be on all the time, wouldn't the electricity bill be very high and the booster worn very fast?

Has anybody any ideas about the above?

Think is the distance and not much basic amenity at the surrounding areas.

Hope with Eco World project and Bandar Seri Coalfields, and others, it can be better and fast developed.

After read so many quality issue complaints, I am now doubt about the end quality result of the houses built by KLK.

This forum thread is useful for people who are interested to buy a house in Bandar Seri Coalfields, nevertheless.

KLK should seriously look into all these quality issues if they seriously want to develop this township and make it shine.

Not sure will there be any show units for their phase 2 and phase 3 projects?

I heard phase 3 Hemingway superlink is kind of 3 storey built up type.

Good to pressure them to rectify all those defects. If not how to justify for the purchase price paid?

Agree. Think KLK should come out with something special for people who have bought property from them.

Please make sure that you're genuine for your referer to have his/her share of commission. A win win situation...

I believe if KLK were to build some Condos or Apartments, people will have more choices to move in to BSC. This will help boost the resident population in BSC, and to accelerate the area development as well.

Believe at this moment, it still lacks basic amenities for a comfortable living.

Any ideas what is the difference between Hemingway phase 1 and phase 2? Does it mean that those bought during phase 1 also qualify for HOC privileges?
