terdeus, i think you can terminate it, if speed is below 60% of the package that you subscribed.
Unsure about ping tough. I agree with ping problem, even my VoIP conference call also disrupted with inconsistency data throughput. |

So sorry to hear about your frustration.I've been on Maxis fiber for almost 4 years now, moved to 2 different locations but continued my subscription with them. AFAIK I never had any connectivity issues, regardless if I'm downloading p2p or streaming Netflix from the US. Even if I had one a simple modem/router reeboot would fix the problem. My guess is probably there's a maintenance scheduled at your area? How long has it been like this? If it is not resolved within 1 week I think you can terminate or request for a waiver on your monthly bill. I've done the latter. Do keep us updated if you're gonna take this to MCMC. Hope things get better for you mate! |
