If you're talking about Joshua_0718's post in Bitcomet thread, I didn't merge the posts considering the two posts are separated by 30 minutes interval

Posting two posts consecutively may not necessarily be considered spamming, sometimes it helps increase readability too, and I try not to be too strict in what I perceive as a minor mistake.

I'd usually merge posts/give warning if the member
- Keeps on adding points to his previous post without using the edit button.
- Not aware of the multi-quote functionality.
