Bro as I know most land in cyber is for commercial, very few residential. But the term service apartment make me unsure.

Are the project build on resi or commi land?

If commi, they got hda? Heard from setia haruman staff most new project in cyber year 2015 don't have hda.

When is the completion date

It's every reason, each branch they open, it's tax. No point paying two times the tax in a single location.

+ rental in dpulze is cheaper.
