My 2 cents for investment purpose is get SOHO unit instead of 2R3R unit.
As far as I concern, non-studio units have hard time renting out, whereas SOHO is really in high demand, especially fully furnished. |

Wondering is it feasible to stay at Cyberjaya and travel to Singapore everyday to work
Maybe not? Just like Japan? But travel to SG Universal studio will be easier |

I traveled there once a while to pick up my brother. Tbh i kinda like that area.
