The cycling lane is up btw. You can see it on Persiaran Semarak Api (in white and green). For a start, I think they're testing the cycling lane on just two roads. The other one should be Persiaran Flora.

MEX is getting more and more popular with all the new connections. Next year, access to MEX should finally be enhanced with the slip road from MKN Embassy Tech Zone.
Also, the construction of MEX Extension to KLIA will commence as well.

Here's something to look forward to for those staying/working in cyberjaya, the slip road to Lingkaran Putrajaya...Mex entrance is just a short distance away.
FTMS said the college is moving from it's current campus at TPM, Bukit Jalil to Cyberjaya. I think there's around 2000 students enrolled there, so looking at things positively, there will be another 2000 addition to the Cyberjaya community soon. Definitely good for those owners who target student rental market.

Any one knows where the sources of students for FTMS?
New traffic light + camera/sensor seems to have been installed/completed along Persiaran Multimedia. Likely, the much awaited smart traffic light system which is part of the IOT initiative will be operational soon
In any case, more info should be coming out soon. The CEO was quoted as saying the following recently:
"We have got approval from the economic council to investigate and study a tram system in Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, in their city centres," Azharuddin says. "This will come up publically in the next few months, and we are doing detailed engineering at the moment."
Azharuddin could not confirm the expected completion date for the inaugural project, but said that depending on its success, Spad is keen to roll out light rail in other areas. He added that it hadn't ruled out other monorail projects for similar transit connectivity schemes, but is now leaning toward trams.
