Tram way can be flexible and share with car.. noneed purposely reserve to tram. somemore road side reserve is very wide also.

Tram turning radius is typically 15m to 20m.

If tram and car share the same lane, tram schedule and transit time will be subjected to traffic flow. If tram transit time is subjected to traffic flow must as well use bus.

Whats the plan for tram? Tourist attraction? Or cheaper to inplement comaored to lrt/mrt?

look at all these budget from govt...what cyberjaya can be after 3-5years ? if all these are just white elephant...then the elephant is too big...

it is reasonable to think that cyberjaya can be bangsar/MK alike township, wait, let me get bullet proof jacket =p

I have to disagree with u, cyberjaya can never be silicon valley anymore....MNC company is tend to set up their hub is KL rather than cyber.

Cbj was developed years before Bangalore. What can cbj offer that Bangalore can't?

None that's why so many companies setting up their IT hubs there. IT talents are all over the place and the government is throwing in tax incentives as well. However I feel it will be suicidal for ALL companies to close their service centres in CBJ and Manila and move to Bangalore. There is still value doing business in Malaysia. Our competitive advantages is we are able to converse not only in English but also other languages. Our ringgit has devalued so it will increase the attractiveness also. Environment wise we are free of major natural disasters and politically also many angry with government it's still stable. Business is a long term deal and many considerations same as property investment. Like I mentioned before no man can force you to buy something if you don't like but if you keep trying to pick on small things it may be reflective if you have a hidden agenda. Just my 2 cents
