Those civil servant house basically are untouchable, people who wanna rent such as contract staff / non civil servant / those who didn't success in balloting & those who can't afford to buy would aim for those private project.

People move in > move out, as more & more business set up there.

Not every staff eligible for the ballot & there are many private sector staff & business owner as well as contact staff.

Why so basic & simple fact cannot be comprehend ? Fund Manager some more ah ?

In Q3/2015, there was 512 unit of service apartment in Sepang; 2,285 unit incoming supply.

Believe developer didn't submit any number on sales of service apartment to napic in Q2/2015 and Q3/2015.

Boss, I can't digest your logic. Whether it's PPA1M or private sector, aren't it the same logic? Still ppl move from somewhere to their new unit. So why Putrajaya only is the concern if u think this way? Everywhere else ppl staying at kaki lima only buy the new property? Then when ready all just fill in new units? No oversupply?

Assume 3 persons per household, additional 18k peoples definitely will support more retails and F&B biz.
