Guys theres a new launch kenswington service apartment and shoplot office mixed development beside sejati residence.

I just visit their booth in dpulze mall yesterday...

Package fully furnish and the price quite cheap/competitive. They are launching their 1st phase.

Anyone looking for value for money but frm smaller developer can go check it out.

Yea bro its beside mydin. Price i think among the cheapest in cyber with fully furnish unit package and all legal fee n stmp duty absorb by developer. U can checkout at their sales booth

The new one land on commercial bro. Service apartment/service residence usually all commercial one.

But this one quite cheap srsly. Go view in doulze bro. 450sqft fully furnish ard 270k++. 650sqft around 350-380k like that..the biggest unit 800-900sqdt i dun remember around 420-450k

Iinm they cant advertise yet as some paperwork to adverise not done yet. They can only open booth for preview. Thats why no website, no advertising so far.

Kenswington... Small developer. I guess need to sell cheap as they need to built their reputation.

Same like villamas case when they start selling serin residence a while back and big house when they start selling dpulze as their 1st project

50/50 unsure yet. The 1st block gonna be the cheapest and the best view. Choose the one overlooking symphony hill and sejati residence. Dont choose the opposite view. Price around the same 🤔😙

Equine park is madness....the density of their township the road exit to ldp cannot absorb the traffic mang....

Might as well buy and stay in ghost town cyber la like this 😄

Very value for money and sell at below market rate.

I was confosue forst how come can sell so cheap psf. Its not prima or rumawip. Then only i knownits uner SPNB so the land cost acquisition is probably get a big dsicount and the cost passover to the package become
minimal and cheap.

Id recommend this project for own stayer with limited budget 😁👌🏻
