So debate on cyberjaya still continues since 2012?
All these just happened in 4 yrs time.

1). From nothing much to eat, no pork no alcohol to today you have most of the food.
2). From no train services to ERL, MRT (coming soon), HSR (coming) also not good?
3). From no shopping mall to we have D pulze, skypark, tamarind square, centus mall.
4). From no grocery store to jaya grocer, redtick at shaftbury sq, village grocery (coming soon at tamarind sq) and ioi resort city mall (15 mins drive away).
5). From no cinemas to 7 TGV in d pulze.
6). From not much commercial to CCC.

A good vibrant city is in a made after setia Haruman sold the land to individual developers. I will say cyber has a good chance to be an excellent township.

Somehow I still have a strong feeling that HSR's stop will be at Putrajaya Sentral else CCC will lost it's attraction to attract public investors.
However, Cabinda is right too. If HSR is there it will be additional bonus.

Enough on HSR - let's talk about the food in Cyberjaya.

the jam usually starts at bkt jalil area however if you are heading to kL, you may use the opp lane which authority closed down just to smooth the traffic. If u hit mex hwy (putrajaya toll) n you can exit Jln tun razak (RHB) at 0720.
Yes cyber is far distance wise but less jam compare to other areas.

What's ur budget? If can better buy landed.

I can only say that parking in d pulze is getting more difficult nowadays and d pulze as a community is really excellent with good tenants mixed!
