this two place already greylist by banks. many bank very cautious with loan here. my friends selling cyber projects know about it. need to borrow from riskier banks when getting risky property.

very true but if bank tighten how real ppl buy

actually cyber got many things is true. best is connectivity to KL city via ERL and MEX. and good road planning. but the tenant profile and amount of overheated high rise really scary. maybe thats why they angry coz they also tenant. then we say profile not good

come on, even my friends doing cyber prop sales and one working high in the ofc of cyber dev know about certain banks getting cautious on them and admit freely the going is tough at the moment.

u are just an investor also dont want to face facts but the dev with so many unsold units dare to face and accept that difficulty is coming

if it makes u any happier. can say cyber is certainly not the only region under heavy scrutiny. but it is the 2nd highest on the list.

i fail to see any sense at all in what you say. car and house is totally different thing. apple and orange. one max 9 years the other 35 years. different interest rate charged. different terms. do you even know anything about loans?

your friend is banker not approval committee. bankers make money selling loans not collecting loan interest. once again i have no idea where you were taught "sense".

have they heard about O&G industry also subject to loan tightening? need any "proof" for that?

a bank recently just came under fire when a memo to the effect was leaked. that is the reason nobody can simply post proof of directive from the banks. yet it doesnt make it untrue. sigh
