thats true. they always say aiya our weather and road etc etc but is just bs. when china tourist come they ask directions at klcc to hotel near ampang park. the polis tell them take lrt. they look so shock and ask how far by walking...i say 10 mins they say harh like that also need to take lrt?! tongue.gif

again a post is reported in this thread. please ffs cyber fansi. no need to be so butthurt. i am just saying 1) my opinion that cyber is dangerous for further investment. i am not the only one saying it. 2) facts like banks reducing loans to these areas like cyber and iskandar. is facts. if dont believe well...find out the hard way.

actually cyber got many things is true. best is connectivity to KL city via ERL and MEX. and good road planning. but the tenant profile and amount of overheated high rise really scary. maybe thats why they angry coz they also tenant. then we say profile not good brows.gif

come on, even my friends doing cyber prop sales and one working high in the ofc of cyber dev know about certain banks getting cautious on them and admit freely the going is tough at the moment.

u are just an investor also dont want to face facts but the dev with so many unsold units dare to face and accept that difficulty is coming doh.gif

if it makes u any happier. can say cyber is certainly not the only region under heavy scrutiny. but it is the 2nd highest on the list.
