Well, here's the other case I was working on in between coats of paint for Red Hot Chilli Pepper. It's a Lian Li PC-G7. My favorite brand for modding. It's a brand new case.

Here it is. A nice black G7. Black cases is da awesome.

Not teasing lar. Haf u fellas ever worked with 60-70 pix at 3.5-4mb size each? I tell u, it's not fun having to edit that kinda quantity of photos. That oso thank god my rig is super fast at editing pix. If not ar, hair oso will turn white man.





That paper is the catalog from ATE. They included it inside the box. After stripping Ah Lian down, it was just laying there.

The internals r exactly the same as ure GT case. Front n back 120mm fans. Typically loooooooooooooooovely Lian Li quality n construction.






1. Who sez can't remove?
2. The filter mounting is the same. Just need to buy the filter. Want to buy sure can 1. Just need to order n wait. Or can just use aftermarket filters if u dowanna wait for ori LL.
3.Top USB mount problem is kacang puteh oni.





Front 12cm? Nonid lar. It's stock 12cm oredi. Heheheh.

1. Ya need to punch out the rivets. But after that can use screws instead of rivets so it's removable.

Updatess...................

Taking off the side panel n removed all the unnessesary stuff. like side fans, top USB n all that.













Removing the HDD cage so I can mod teh stuff inside without obstruction.










HDD cage removed. Top panel all masked up n ready for marking. Also needed to mask it at this stage to prevent scratches to the top panel while upside down.

Wokeh.................. it's time to chop chop chop. Starting with the mobo plate. Cutting a hole there for wire management purposes. All masked up, marked out n ready to chop.

Then it's onto the top PSU cover plate. This is for a window inside the window for pictures n stickers.

It's commonly known as a dremel. Mine's a Black & Decker RTX though.

I dunno bout that coz this is just a case mod hence the title Casemod. I'm only doing the case. Mebe after I finish then the owner can come forward with more pix of his complete set up. Who knows? Mebe it will b water cooled after all.




The Dremel is a rotary tool. Just that Dremel has become a common name for all rotary tools.

Updatesssssssss. Phew............. taking a break from mods right now so I edited sum pix for the updates.


Cutting the top window. Top mount USB panel begone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sum1 was asking how we sorted out the USB thingy at the top of this casing. Well, we just cut it off n throw away the problem.










Making the side window n acrylic.

Cutting the acrylic pieces for the top n side windows. C the plastic cutter there. I never like to use plastic cutters. I always use the jigsaw for acrylic work. BUT this was when Agojama decided to die on me. So I had no choice but to use the plastic cutter to finish off the mods.









Side window is cut n drilled for the screw mounting holes. Test fitting the acrylic now.











120mm blowhole for the side window. This was done by dremelling. I usually use the jig. A lot faster with the jig but.......................... no more Mr. Agojama so I had to use the dremel.









Marking out the 120mm blowhole for the top window. Used the dremel for this too.







More updates will b up after editing the pix. Right now bz bz bz with Red Hot Chilli, doing the finishing up work for it. No time to edit so many pix of Black Parade.

Ya lar. Agojama died during Black Parade mod n this was jsut 1 day before I left for a 1 week vacation. When I came back oni went out to shop for a nice new jig mar.

My logs haf always been slightly behind real time lar. Coz no time to edit pix. What's the point of using an 8mp pro camera if I'm gonna set it at 2mp.
