After reading your post.. I may conclude as per below:
1) Digi or Maxis ? At first you said you due with Digi Staff and then out of sudden you said Maxis line registration issue ?
2) If Maxis line, why you purchase the phone/line via Digi staff ? Kind of weird?
3) Why you purchase phone and line not at Digi or Maxis Center but not at Starbucks? and why you just provide all your information like IC, phone number, Credit card details to a person you first meet ?
4) Do you know what is the procedure for changes/suspension line for call center, like what others said before, with you full name, IC, address etc, I can call to any bank or telco which you having account with and proceed for any request as I wish ?
